Every project is unique, but these

guidelines will generally always apply.

Payment

I accept major credit cards, cash, as well as electronic

payments like Paypal, Venmo, and Cash apps.

A deposit for 50% of the total for your session

is due when time is booked on my calendar. The remaining balance is due at the session.

​

For mixes or masters, payment in full is required

before any files are delivered.

​

Cancellations

I get it, things happen. Do everything you can to let me know ASAP if you're going to miss your session.

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a future session on a case-by-case basis.

Late cancel (within 48 hours) - Your session credit cannot be transferred to another session.

Billed time starts at the agreed upon start time. If you're late, I'm still at the studio and am charging for that time.

If your session ends early, I still charge for the agreed upon time slot. I can't book another session for that time, it's been blocked out for you.

​

It should go without saying, but no smoking, weapons, or drugs in the studio. It's my place of work and needs to be a safe environment for everyone.

Archive Storage

I actively back up session data in multiple places.

Once your project is complete,

it will stay on my archive indefinitely. 

However, I am not liable for any data loss after your project is complete. I recommend bringing a hard drive if you want your own backup in addition to mine.
